Busy, busy, busy!

Wow!  This time of year really is busy.  I apologize that posts have been scarce.  We are working hard to get things wrapped up before Christmas break. This was a busy week with the Christmas programs.  The gentlemen looked so handsome and the girls were very lovely in their dresses.   It is so fun to see everyone all dressed up! 

Next week all students will receive one spelling list.  These will be Christmas related words that we can have fun with.  There will also be a Math and Science test!  Eek!!  And we will do some festive writing activities, as well as just have some good ol' Christmas fun!!

I hope you are taking some time to enjoy this time of year!  I know it can be very stressful (speaking for myself)!  But what fun!!

Polar Bears and A Little Random Info, Too!

It is so much fun decorating this time of year!  I can already tell the excitement is bubbling in our classroom.  This week I hope to get letters to Santa written.  These will be published in The Echo.  Below you will find some Polar Bears that we did this week for Art.

Today I also sent home a new Book-It Form.  Kids should be reading nightly, and this can help them earn pizza for reading!  Win, win, right?!  I know there have been Six Flags and Magic Waters Reading Forms that went home.  This can be a lot to keep track of!  I keep all these forms on the fridge and try to write nightly what my kids have read.  Hopefully, this can be helpful!

for information.  They will replace your scratched or broken movies for $6.95!  I have many scratched movies from those younger years with my kiddos! (Who am I kidding, they are still young!)
